Case study
Digital Sales Portal
Global Switch
An offline progressive web app that turns complex data-centre sales data into a clear, client-ready presentation — built for the field on Microsoft Surface Pro.
Scope
Global Switch wanted to implement digital transformation for their marketing team, modernising how premium data-centre space is presented in client meetings. The aim was a single, polished digital tool that could carry live sales data into every pitch, without depending on venue Wi‑Fi or a strong connection.
Solution
We built a bespoke Digital Sales Portal: an app that runs fully offline on dedicated Microsoft Surface Pro tablets. Sales staff open one branded experience, capacity, availability, and scheme detail visualised clearly and tailor what they show by loading client-specific data from an update. No tab-hopping, no outdated slides: one memorable presentation, ready for low-bandwidth sites and boardrooms alike.
Methodology
We began with a discovery session across the wider marketing team to map workflows, data sources, and success criteria. After sign-off, we moved into UX/UI, layout, typography, and copy with Global Switch’s brand then built out the front-end, data layer, and offline deployment. An alpha release shipped ahead of schedule; after structured QA across devices and offline scenarios, we delivered the full product on time and on budget.
Delivery
- Product discovery and requirements alignment
- Branded front-end development
